This project mainly conducts quality inspection on the returned incineration regenerated pellets, controls the flow direction, inspection and supervision, and environmental monitoring to ensure that the reused incinerated regenerated pellets are safe for the environment.Work done during the program includes: 1.Sampling and testing the returned incineration regenerated pellets was carried out at 7 points. The results of the dissolution test met the regulatory standards. Among them, mercury, arsenic, cadmium and nickel were not detected, and copper, chromium, lead, zinc and dioxin were detected in trace amounts. Out. 2. The results of the 11-point environmental monitoring soil testing are all in line with the regulations and standards; it shows that there is no impact on the local soil. Environmental monitoring groundwater was tested at 11 points; among them, no lead was detected, and cadmium, chromium, copper, zinc, nickel, and mercury all met the regulatory standards; 8 points of ammonia nitrogen exceeded the second type of monitoring standards, and it was speculated that the pollution may come from surrounding agriculture and livestock. Activity, iron 10 points and manganese 9 points exceeded the second type of monitoring standards, which should be caused by the background of formation dissolution.3. The incineration and regenerated pellets were inspected for the reuse of treatment plants, use and temporary locations. A total of 123 inspections were conducted, all of which were in compliance with the regulations; a total of 27 applications for incineration and regenerated pellets were used.4. Completed one session of "Cleaning Team and Incineration Recycled Pellets Business Observation Activity" to understand the application of recycled pellets through observation.5. Completed one session of "The 2nd Meeting of the Management Committee of the General Waste Removal and Disposal Fund of Yunlin County in 2011", and invited members to give suggestions on the compilation, utilization and implementation of the fund.6. Completed 1 session of "Yunlin County Incineration Recycled Pellets Supervision and Promotion Subcommittee Meeting", and coordinated the application volume, detoxification volume and estimated volume of engineering units at all levels in the county through inter-office meetings.7. Completed one session of "Incineration Recycled Pellets Promotion and Public Works Use On-site Exploration Session" to explain the use and return of incinerated recycled pellets, quality, environmental monitoring, application for incentives, inspection and evaluation, and on-site surveys, so as to make the application more confident.8. Completed the writing of a press release "The promotion of incinerated recycled pellets has achieved outstanding results, and the county has been awarded the highest honor and special award".9. Complete the compilation and compilation of 50 waste-related regulations for use by the authorities.
